Diocese of Kalamazoo Pilgrimage to Italy

Join the Dicoese of Kalamazoo and Bishop Edward Lohse on an Ad Limina Pilgrimage to Rome. An ad limina visit is required of all bishops every five years. According to Canon Law, the bishops pilgrimage to Rome and give an account of their diocese to the Holy Father. Additionally, they are to venerate the remains of St. Peter as an acknowledgement of their apostolic succession and the remains of St. Paul as a sign of their call to evangelization.
